Humility. Beneficence. Collaboration.

Our mission at Dirigo EMS is to provide high-quality, patient centered care, while cultivating a community that encourages curiosity in order to cultivate a culture of excellence.

But we are just one small piece of the puzzle.

We recognize not only the challenges of providing EMS across the state and country, but also the difficulties of reconciling this profession with the rest of our lives. With that said, we humbly provide as much role-modeling and guidance, recognizing that medicine and the operations of EMS are incredibly difficult and nuanced.

The goal, however, is always top notch patient care. That becomes easier when we recognize that we are only here for the benefit of the community and to act as the medical conscience of that community. By approaching everything we do with beneficence in mind, it reminds us the patient always comes first.

And none of this can be done in isolation. Our systems across the state and country are vastly different, and we know we can only do what works in the confines of your system. We hope to identify mutual goals and subsequently systems to accomplish what your system and community need.
