February 2025: Airway
Hey everyone!
To get us started with a new year and new system, I thought it made sense to start with the basics, the good ‘ol “A” of our ABCs. And not just Airway, but the real foundational underpinnings of airway management--the stuff that seems less sexy but that really makes the difference between Average and Expert airway management and knowledge.
There are two parts of the month, the first is a few resources around airway anatomy and really revisiting the approach to understanding what we’re talking about in terms of the whole “airway environment.” Then I recorded one of my lectures on Advanced Basic Airway management to talk about how to really nail the basic airway maneuvers.
As always, reach out with any thoughts, questions, or concerns!
